Report Spam

In the field below, please paste the entire source code of the spam you received. For outlook, this can be done by following these steps

1. open the email message
2. Click on File at the top of your email client
3. When the drop down menu appears, click on Properties
4. A Pop-up window will appear with two tabs at the top, choose Details
5. At the bottom of the details window, click on the Message Source Button
6. In the message source pop-up, right click and choose Select All from the menu that appears
7. Right Click again and choose Copy
8. Come back to this page and right click in the field below and choose Paste

If you are unable to copy the source code of the email please at least copy the link that is directing people to the website, this can be accomplished by right clicking on the link, or linked image, and choosing Copy Shortcut, then right clicking in the field above and choosing paste.

Report Child Abuse or Pornography
If possible, please do not submit the front page URL (web address) of a site. We need the exact address of the page where child pornography content is presented. We do not require that all fields are filled in on the report form. We only need the web address of the site. Please fill in any extra information that you may have in the spaces provided.

What isn't child pornography?
Text describing child pornography or explicit sexual behavior of/with children is not child pornography. Most child modeling sites are not illegal as the models are clothed and not engaged in sexual activity. However, if you feel you have witnessed sexually explicit and or lewd images of a child or children while viewing a child modeling site please report this.Child nudity does not always equal child pornography. The determining factor with child pornography is not whether the child is nude, partially nude, or fully clothed. The determining factor is what the child is doing and/or having done to him/her is.

What is child pornography?
Child pornography is defined in the United States as the visual depiction of a person under the age of 18 engaged in sexually explicit conduct. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256(1) and (8). This means that any image of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct is illegal contraband. Notably, the legal definition of sexually explicit conduct does not require that an image depict a child engaging in sexual activity. See 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2). A picture of a naked child may constitute illegal child pornography if it is sufficiently sexually suggestive. In addition, for purposes of the child pornography statutes, federal law considers a person under the age of 18 to be a child. See 18 U.S.C. § 2256(1). A visual depiction for purposes of the federal child pornography laws includes a photograph or videotape, including undeveloped film or videotape, as well as data stored electronically which can be converted into a visual image. For example, images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct stored on a computer disk are considered visual depictions. ~ United States Department of Justice
